To the Editor:
Jane Kitchel has an impressive background of public service to Vermont.
Her work has improved health services for Vermonters of all ages
through such programs as the Dr. Dynasaur program, the Vermont Health
Access Plan and the pharmacy assistance program for seniors.
Her
talents were recognized when she went to Montpelier as a junior
senator from Caledonia County and was promptly appointed to the
powerful Appropriations Committee. She also is busy working on two
other committees which will oversee Vermont's health care reform
legislation and the Medicaid program. We are fortunate that Jane
Kitchel lives in Caledonia Country and is willing to represent our
county. Our problems and concerns are her problems and concerns.
She does not hesitate to do the work that needs to be done. Jane
Kitchel's re-election will ensure that her hard work for our benefit
will continue.
