To the Editor:
On November 4, the voters in the Caledonia Orange Senate District have an
opportunity to send Jane Kitchel back to Montpelier as our Senator.
Jane has served our District well over the past four years with her moderate
leadership, which permits her to work in a positive direction with all members of the
Senate, no matter their party affiliation. That type of leadership is necessary to move
Vermont forward through these tough economic times.
Jane understands the problems facing her constituents and supports and introduces
legislation that helps the families, small business owners and family farms in our District.
If a constituent has a problem with state government, Jane is always available to assist to
make government work for us, so customer service is a major component of what Jane
provides for us.
Jane places the interests of her constituents first, not party affiliation, so if your
readers want to continue the effective leadership and moderate approach of Jane Kitchel,
we urge them to exercise their right to vote and to cast their votes for Jane. The first step
in being involved in our government is by voting. Too many of our citizens have made
the ultimate sacrifice to preserve our right to vote, so we urge all registered voters to
honor their sacrifice by voting on November 4.
Very truly yours,
Kevin and Lura Bruno
